This is the whole idea

One number decides
if the job was worth it

Hill Country residence · 32 windows ● Live math
Labor · 2 techs × 3.5 hrs$175.00
Travel · 16 mi round trip$40.00
Supplies$26.20
Overhead · 20%$48.24
Recommended price$675.00
Do not charge below
$635
Under this number, you are paying for the privilege of working.

Same inputs, same answer, every time. No guessing in the driveway, no regret on Friday.

The problem

Most estimates are a
guess with a dollar sign

How it usually goes

  • Price it from your gut in the driveway
  • Copy whatever the other guy charges
  • Win the job, then find out it barely paid
  • No idea what an hour actually costs you
  • Scared to raise prices with no proof

With Profit Guard

  • A floor built from labor, travel, overhead, margin
  • Your rates — hourly or day rate
  • Field Scout reviews photos for access risk and missed scope
  • A clean quote emailed to the customer in one click
  • Every estimate saved and exportable to a spreadsheet

Sound familiar?

If any of these sting,
this was built for you

  • You finished a job and realized halfway through you were losing money
  • Your prices came from a competitor, not from your own costs
  • Big house, tricky access, third-story glass — and you guessed
  • You know you should charge more but have no number to stand on
  • Quotes live in your head, a notepad, and three text threads

What you get

Job details in.
Defensible price out.

1

Your pricebook

Your rates, overhead, and target margin — set once, explained in plain English. Pays hourly or by the day, because plenty of crews run a day rate. Stored on your device, not ours.

2

The floor

Fixed math builds a do-not-charge-below number from labor, travel, supplies, overhead, and your production target. No black box — every dollar traces back to something you entered.

3

Field Scout checks the field

Add up to three photos and your notes. Field Scout flags access problems, hard water, missed scope, and natural upsells — then tells you what to confirm on site. It advises. It never sets the price.

4

Send it

Pick your exact price and a clean branded estimate goes straight to the customer’s inbox. It warns you if you dip below your own floor. Export any estimate — or all of them — to a spreadsheet.

The founding deal

10 spots.
2 weeks free.
Then you decide.

This is a small pilot on purpose. Ten window cleaners, real jobs, a direct line to me.

STEP 01

Two weeks, free

Full access, nothing held back, no card required. Price your real estimates with it and watch what the floor does to your margins.

STEP 02

Your feedback is the price

That is the trade. Tell me what confused you, what broke, and what would make you pay for it. Only ten people get in because every one of them gets heard.

STEP 03

Pick a founding tier

When the trial ends you pick one of three founding tiers below — or walk away and owe nothing. This choice is offered once and never comes back after the pilot closes.

Tier A · Monthly
$0 down
$19/mo
Locked24 months
After thatStays $19/mo — already your locked-for-life rate
Best for: starting small and staying flexible. Cancel anytime.
Recommended
Tier B · Founder
$49.99 one-time
$12.99/mo
Locked3 years
After that$19/mo for life
Best for: a lower monthly rate without the biggest upfront.
Tier C · Founder Plus
$129 one-time
$9.99/mo
Locked5 years
After that$19/mo for life
Best for: the lowest rate the longest — includes a 30-minute 1-on-1 setup call with James.

Public price after the pilot: $32/month. All three founding tiers stay below that, for as long as your lock lasts.

Straight answer on what you are paying for

The one-time cost

Your founding setup: getting you into the system, your pricebook dialed in, and your rate locked so it never goes up during the lock period. Charged only if you pick Tier B or C after the free two weeks.

The monthly rate

What it costs to keep running for you. Every Field Scout review costs real money per estimate to run — that is the biggest piece. The rest covers hosting, the email service that delivers your quotes to customers, and the domain.

What is left over

Goes into the next features. Founding members tell me what to build next and I build it — that is the whole point of keeping this pilot at ten people.

No card during the trial. Nothing is charged until you pick a tier at the end of two weeks. Founders share feedback, not company profits — no equity, no revenue share. Cancel any month and you keep every estimate you already exported.

Where the math came from

Real jobs.
Real glass.

Every one of these is an actual No Spot Tech job, priced with this system. Storefronts, second stories, long window runs, awkward access — the exact things that decide whether a job pays. That is what the floor math was built on, not a spreadsheet somebody imagined.

Water-fed pole cleaning tall storefront glass on a Main Street shop
Storefront · water-fed pole
Second-story windows on a Hill Country stone building
Second story · no ladder
Large ranch home with a long run of windows along the roofline
High count · ranch home
Two-story glass wall being cleaned above a balcony
Two-story glass · access

Who built this

I price windows
for a living

I’m James Niño, owner of No Spot Tech Window Cleaning in Blanco, Texas. Family-owned, eleven-plus years, still running crews across Fredericksburg, Johnson City, and Stonewall.

I built Window Profit Guard because I got tired of watching good window cleaners — a younger me included — win jobs that quietly lost money. The floor math in this app is the same math I use to protect my own business.

I am not a software company. That is exactly why the numbers in here make sense to somebody who actually carries a pole.

Good to know

Common questions

What does the trial cost?
Nothing. Two weeks free. All I ask is honest feedback from real jobs.
What happens when the trial ends?
You pick one of three founding tiers, or you walk away and owe nothing.
Why three tiers?
More upfront gets you a lower monthly rate and a longer price lock. Pick whatever fits your cash flow.
Is the rate locked for life?
The lock is 2, 3, or 5 years depending on the tier you pick. After that, Founder and Founder Plus move to $19/mo for life, which stays well under the public price.
Do founders get equity or profit share?
No. Founders get the locked pricing and a direct line to shape the product. That is the deal.
Can I switch tiers later?
No. You choose once, at the end of the trial.
What if I cancel?
Cancel anytime. If you come back after the pilot closes, you pay the public price.
Does Field Scout cost extra?
No, it is included in every tier.
